We seek a collaborative, creative leader passionate about creating engaging brand interactions to join our Brand Marketing team in New York. In this role you’ll build memorable and consistent value in our brands to emotionally connect with our target customers.

We seek people who:
Combine key functions of design, art direction and creative management to develop differentiating concepts and ideas that emotionally connect with our customer and drive positive perception of our brands cross all mediums – with a focus on digital
Ensure the timely execution of creative projects and communicate timelines and budgets to clients and partners
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams, ensuring clear communication and the production of high-level creative design solutions
Assure clear art direction for all brand shoots, in house and major campaigns (video and still)
Create compelling graphic design solutions across all brand touchpoints with a focus on digital design

Understand competitive environment and each brand’s consumer segments while remaining current in the latest fashion and footwear trends

We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design or related field required
5-7 years’ experience at an advertising agency or creative department and 2+ years managing a team. 
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present creative diverse brand-oriented portfolio execution with print and digital expertise. Photography skills a plus. 
Ability to see art direction vision for directing creative on video and photo shoots from concept through to execution and production
Skilled in giving and receiving feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated and able to problem-solve by identifying issues and finding alternative solutions
Expertise with Adobe Suite with ability to execute layout illustration and simple animation.
