Job Description

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Support the delivery of senior support to end users. 

  • Leading the resolution of complex support issues, including investigation into code and infrastructure defects. 

  • Liaise with development teams, both internal and 3rd party, to resolve system issues. 

  • Working with project teams to own and achieve technical deliverables. 

  • Managing critical incident responses internally with Senior Management teams and relevant stakeholders.

What we’re looking for: 

  • 2nd Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 3rd Line Support Engineer Support Experience  
  • Knowledge of agile development principles. 
  • Knowledge of the Incident Response management process, including broad understanding of ITIL 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new information quickly 
  • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills 
  • Ability to cope with high pressure situations 
  • Strong technical knowledge, including hardware, infrastructure, software, applications. 
  • To be able to work to own initiative and portray first class problem-solving skills using proactive thinking and promoting out of the box solutions to the business
