Description

• Defines the detailed business question / problem & identify the data that could be used within the project
• Extensive use of analytical and technical skills to better understand and solve the problem
• Serve as single SPOC for new requirements elicitation, elaboration and documentation in Jira (reports, dashboards and analytic projects)
• Work with business / support units to identify opportunities for leveraging organizations data to drive business
• Carry out exploratory data analysis, visualization, hypothesis testing
• Present findings & actionable intelligence to stakeholders & senior management through data visualization tools
• Define activities, strategic direction, scope, and timelines on data science projects
• Evaluate business process integration options, offer design, prescriptive analysis for successful business deployment
• Adhere to agile development practices
• Write reports and delivers presentations to all levels of colleagues and peer groups in ways that support the business
• Managing operational report requests via Tableau / Safe Harbor & identify the project backlog and backlog grooming
• Ensure that the solutions produces insights that the business can interpret and execute
• Effectively communicate benefits of insights to business users to drive adoption
• Define performance tracking metrices for Growth Hacking Programs & marketing BTL campaigns including incremental takeup, revenue etc & report to show improvements
• Measure impact / ROI and identify further optimization
• Research on industry best practices and work with internal / external parties on RnD tasks
• Prepare roadmaps, investment papers and research on emerging technologies
• Communicates and works with business subject matter experts for continuous improvement of methodologies
• Carry out trials, adaptations of methodologies

Entry Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / Statistics / Physical Science
• Should Strong analytical, problem-solving, Interpretation and conceptual competencies
• Hands on experience with analytical tools (SQL/Tableau/MS SSRS)
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Analytical environment
