Core Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, relevant, and practical insights from social media performance data and analytics

• Responsible for reports on engagement, channel health, and other key performance indicators

• Manage the feedback loop between content / channel performance and content creation/channel management, and provide recommendations for optimization across the social media value chain

• Sense-make emerging trends, and see opportunities that can be used for audience expansion and engagement

• Mine social media data for opportunities for product development and marketing

• Coordinate and collaborate with other performance analysts across the organization (eg paid social) for a more integrated view on content / channel performance

Global Marketing Planning & Performance leads the development and implementation of the integrated marketing plan of the LEGO Group across owned-earned-shared and paid media. It provides activation guidance based on consumer and shopper insights, and coordinates effective execution across markets and touchpoints to address brand and commercial objectives.

Do you have what it takes?

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with deep experience in social, digital marketing, PR/communications

• Experience in social media analytics, either as an in-house social lead or in an agency capacity or equivalent experience in working with research and / or analytics fields.

• Extensive experience working with key social media platforms

• Strength in storytelling and sense-making, including the ability to inspire action in a cross-functional setting

• Powerful data visualization/info-graphics capability is an advantage

• Ability to collaborate across functions, with product, brand, creative, media, and PR teams

• Hands-on experience with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Sysomos, Sprinklr, Netbase, Crimson Hexagon) and/or platform insight tools (Facebook, Twitter Google, etc)

• Excellent communications and relationship management skills with ability to navigate in matrix organisation
