We are reinventing our business for the modern retail world. Our Strategy area for the Partnership will ensure that all of our customer data and insights are used to define where we’ll play, how we’ll win and what we prioritise to ensure that the strategic direction of our business is clear and unambiguous. We are looking for Several Senior Analysts who can work across teams, is self motivated and strives for continuous improvement.
What's the role about?
The core of this role is to help the Partnership make insight-driven, better informed, customer-centric decisions. In order to do this, you will need to work closely with teams across the Partnership, getting close to their world; hearing their problems and spotting the opportunities to improve things through a better understanding of the customer. You will use your analytical mindset and knowledge of the customer to improve the speed and quality of decision making.
In light of the current situation, this role will temporarily involve a mixture of working from home as well as in the office environment. Therefore it’s key that you have access to a suitable working environment if at home, away from any distractions and your own secure wifi connection.

You will be working within a wider Insight team with almost 100 bright, driven and energetic professionals pulling in one direction to support this unique business through analytics, data science and research. What will you be doing?
You will be working with teams from across the business, including product, trading and marketing to help understand what their business challenges are. This role has a CRM focus so having this experience would be beneficial. With this knowledge you will come up with actionable customer-focussed insights to help them address these challenges, presenting these findings to the teams to help them formulate successful solutions. You will work with a variety of tools, such as Google BigQuery, Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, and more. Existing knowledge of these will be helpful in the role.
