Overview
The Senior Analyst, Supplier & Customer Collaboration will provide analytical support for all strategic initiatives and business projects in support of the Supplier & Customer Collaboration team. This role will compile and analyze data from a variety of sources and systems in support of all projects and cross-functional collaboration programs. In addition to Supplier & Customer Collaboration programs, this role will provide analytical and project support to the VP, Commercial Operations, and Director of Strategy roles within the SDM Center of Excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of functional, structural, and procedural solutions through data analytics
- Translate documented project requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for applications
- Provide analysis for the successful implementation of standardized supplier Ways of Working.
- Provide feedback and advise leadership on data-driven solutions addressing Supplier and Customer business opportunities
- Create and update project plans and report progress to all stakeholders
- Ensure that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities
- Support operational efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
- Provide materials development and support for all T2T and Executive Leadership meetings for Supplier Sales and Marketing
- Approximately 50% of this role’s time will be in support of Supplier & Customer Collaboration projects. The other 50% will provide analytical project support to SDM Commercial Operations VP and SDM Supplier Strategy on various strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with the SDM Insights team to develop strong analytical capabilities while leveraging SGWS tools and technologies
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant analytics experience
- Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
