ABOUT THE JOB

• Set up of one financial reporting of the Global Transformation Program
• Track cost saving and EBITDA impact of initiatives 
• Provide guidance in the setup and preparation of regular meetings 
• Prepare monthly reporting to GEC and other stakeholders
• Challenge workstreams 
• Assess and improve the granularity of existing initiatives and provide support in defining measures to close tasking gap 
• Coach the workstreams in building business cases, milestones and KPIs for new initiatives
• Support the reconciliation of initiatives to Budget/3YP/Actuals
• Identify interdependencies between workstreams

ABOUT YOU

• University degree in a commercial subject preferably with focus on finance and accounting
• Long-term experience in Finance and Controlling functions
• Knowledge of project management
• Experience in transformation activities and leading international projects
• Very good commercial understanding and experience in the travel industry and digitalization
• HFM and Daptiv expertise
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Fluent proficiency in English with the ability to convey content in a targeted manner, both in writing and orally (with regard to the target group)
• Work in an independent and structured way
• High professional skills in translating results into leading edge visuals
• Open-minded and proactive personality who wants to make change happen
• Capable of interacting with staff, peers, senior leadership and external auditors
