As a Senior Analyst, you will provide your expertise meaningfully to projects that seek to tackle Fidelity’s most pressing business challenges. You will: deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer your points of view towards a broader business conversation, all while working reciprocally in a team setting. In addition to project work, you will be given opportunity to partake in independent or small group projects to develop creative new ideas for Fidelity.

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

2-5 years of solid experience in a consulting or Financial Services environment

Analytically-minded with strong communication

The expert ability to chip in to all-star teams

You have strong research and problem solving skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, actionable recommendations

You demonstrate a high degree of professional integrity in verbal and written communication, suitable for executive-level conversations

You have a strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity

You possess a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

You have proven experience working on consulting teams to address business challenges for clients / business partners; or experience in an analytic role in the Financial Services industry

The Senior Analyst participates on an all-star team in support of solving Fidelity’s businesses and emerging initiatives. Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with different levels of management within multiple businesses or functions to find opportunities for innovation and growth

Conducting primary and secondary research and developing insights into conclusions

Presenting solutions to Fidelity management and business leaders

Supporting work across the various business units and cross-Fidelity initiatives
