Senior Advisor, Product Offer Management

Product Document Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. What you’ll achieve
Dell Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven candidate qualified for the position of Program Junior Manager to manage BOM and SKU structures for NPI product development. You will work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple groups across the Infrastructure Solutions Group and ODMs. This position will be challenging, but working with your colleagues and other groups, you will be successful in delivering quality products.
You will:

• Validates and verifies all Agile BOMs is compliant with customer expectations e.g. Marketing, Pricing, Online, New Product Information (NPI), and ensures Engineering Change Order (ECO) package is complete in accordance to Product Group Configuration Management (PGCM) and Product Group Documentation Services (PGDS) documentation standards prior to review and final approved distribution

• Submit for Dell external support (eSupport) page to be created for NPI platforms. Manage pushing of software bundles to eSupport as well.

• Interlock with any functional areas that influence BOM (ex: engineering, operations, services, procurement, marketing

• Create part numbers, collect required documentation and release items in accordance with configuration management processes

Essential Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in the role or similar role.

• Ability to plan and executes work in the larger context of cross-functional teams and the end customers.

• Ability to drive for results, manage complex changing and deal with ambiguity.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through oral and written to teams, ODM/Suppliers, and upper management - Fluent English skill.

• Self-starter and fast learner as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Strong working knowledge and experience with Agile.

• PMP certification desirable.
