We are looking to hire a Sr. Advisor who wants to transform marketing analytics and operations.  You will work with global teams in field marketing, partner marketing, and other business units to influence & drive the metrics of the future. You will:
• Lead BI & analytics for Buyer Base and supporting reports and dashboards
• Work with systems that support marketing science ecosystem and programs including Hadoop, Greenplum Dell Data Lake, SFDC, and others
• Take initiative in setting goals, deliverables, action items and pre-empt dependencies and blockers that might derail or delay a project, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Determine future reporting requirements for Buyer Base and strategic needs aligned to organization/corporate strategy
• Deliver results that change business behavior and improve their capability

Essential Requirements
• 8+ years of experience with bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)

• Experience working in complex data environments or similar role using development skills in common programming languages (SQL, Postgres, R, etc.) to drive business recommendations
