In the Dell Technologies Talent & Culture L&D Team, we are driving an exciting learning transformation with an aim to be a positive change leader for our customers, stakeholders and for our internal team. We are on a mission to bring all parties along and help them embrace the change. As a Senior Advisor for Learning & Development, you will help shape this learning transformation for Dell. Working with key stakeholders, you will explore and implement innovative ways to enhance the learner experience and drive meaningful results for the business. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is eager to learn new things and solve problems, has excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and is versed in thinking from the perspective of the learner.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Advisor, Learning & Development you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective technology enabled learning solutions to better meet the needs of the business and to help build skills for current and future roles. Leveraging digital, mobile and social learning technologies, and looking beyond the conventional to create meaningful changes in the learning and development space. Consulting and make recommendations on instructional methods, such as individual or group instruction, self-study, games, simulations, exercises, and role-plays, appropriate for content and learner characteristics and establishing trust and credibility with key stakeholders and act as a consultant to help them think through their people development priorities and how our solutions can support
You will:
Keep abreast of leading-edge solutions, features and functionality to incorporate into the design and development of our learning solutions (e.g., new SaaS offerings; apps)
In addition to our L&D solutions, drive awareness and adoption of broader T&C solutions (career, performance, exec, etc.)
Build strong partnerships with HR and business L&D Leaders and key stakeholders
Clearly articulate and model the People Philosophy and Culture Code to the business

Essential Requirements
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and technical aptitude
Ability to navigate and optimize learning solutions within a complex organizational structure
Able to work under tight deadlines and plan, organize and carry out multiple, detailed tasks
Experience working with content aggregators and Learning Experience Platforms preferred
Experience with instructional design methods and methodology to support adult learning
Desirable Requirements
Proven understanding of tools for learning, including emerging technologies and online learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud and other rapid learning development software)
Experience evolving Learning Management System (LMS) capabilities and knowledge of SCORM, AICC, xAPI, a plus
