What you’ll achieve
Key to our service program strategy are “Service Competenciesâ€, providing qualifying Channel Partners with the opportunity to acquire/demonstrate the necessary capabilities and become recognized to deliver services on select Dell Technologies products and solutions. You will be a key player on the team responsible for the evolution and successful execution of our service program strategy, with a particular focus on driving cloud and as-a-Service offers for resale and partner-led go-to-market motions.
You will:
Manage the roll-out of new and updated service program elements in conjunction with the Global Channel team
Evaluate overall results and impact of program strategy through relevant KPIs
Seek and incorporate input from internal stakeholders (field sales, channel teams, service delivery, operations) and external sources (Channel partners, industry analysts) to define and develop channel requirements for the cloud and as-a-Service offers along with the channel services Go-to-Market plan.
Drive partner readiness (pre-launch) and partner adoption (post-launch) globally in close alignment with Field Sales and Channel teams
Drive advancement of new cloud and as-a-Service offerings enabling strategic impact and change in new focus areas across the partner ecosystem, including Cloud- and Managed Services providers

Essential Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree
5+ years business experience with product management expertise in cloud and/or managed services, including the development of cloud portfolio offers in VMware, AWS, Azure, and/or Google
Track record for successful collaboration with virtual teams in highly matrixed and diverse environments
Ability to present in executive settings, product launch discussions with BU leaders, and at Partner meetings/ Executive Briefing Center visits
Must be able to represent the partner services programs across all Global Services disciplines
Desirable Requirements
Channel sales or cloud/managed services sales background
Proficient in technology concepts and trends
High level of business skill and acumen, preferably including channels and service delivery
