What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Advisor, Business Operations, you will be responsible for delivering critical insights and reporting around SLED (Gov't + Education) accounts, business performance, and market intelligence.

You will:

• Develop and evolve reporting, analytics and key insights around the NA SLED account universe

• Bring thought leadership to our business and marketing performance framework around SLED performance

• Provide inputs into business reviews, planning cycles, and goal-setting processes

• Manage key 3rd party data sources around competitive and market intelligence, including the vendor relationship, as well as utilization of the provided data

• Build, update and manage reporting and visualization around market trends, Dell share, and market forecasts

​Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience with SQL / Greenplum

• Familiarity with the B2B marketing and sales cycles

• 3-5 years experience in a business analytics role

• Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI) and methodologies

Desirable Requirements

• Familiarity with market and competitive intelligence data sources / vendors

• Experience in B2B marketing or sales roles

• Experience with the Public Sector (Gov + Edu) market and sales cycle
