What you’ll achieve
As a Business Operations Senior Advisor, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

You will:

  • Serve as Global CCO Queue Strategy Lead for queue consolidation, optimizing queue structure, Dynamic routing & BRE execution. (Project McLaren)
  • Be our Point Contact from CCO for Global Tech Strategy & tools, CRM, and telecom channel changes.
  • Serve as Technical lead for CCO on UTAs other testing on any Global Telecom, Infrastructure, or other technology changes.
  • Coordinates with IT, GIM and GCC team on Schedule maintenance, changes or Incidents that has impact to Global CSG support business.
  • Coordinates with CCO leadership and Business Tech Support for Business Continuity Plan readiness
  • Work with business users to define and investigate problems, conducting studies to create alternative business solutions that meet current and future environments
  • Interpret findings and identify business opportunities to deliver values through Knowledge Management at the program and business unit levels
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain solutions, coordinate projects and work with extended teams

Essential Requirements

  • 8–12 years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Knowledge Management applications and tools; such as Advocate
  • Advanced experience with change management
  • Ability to work across geographies and network remotely
  • Advanced project management skills


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience facilitating large groups
