Job Summary:

The Senior Accounting Analyst will be responsible for timely and accurate revenue recognition of commercial media for networks assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate actualization of the commercial logs; posting daily totals and completing billing packages for each network assigned
• Run monthly billing timely and balance all post billing reports to pre-bill activity. Coordinate the issuance of invoices through EDI, Email or Regular Mailing
• Process miscellaneous billing requests as needed
• Perform control procedures for areas of responsibility
• Regularly review and process all adjustments submitted by Sales. Ensure that proper approvals are evident and credit/debit memos are issue timely
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year end close processes as needed
• Assist other team members when necessary
• Assist management with ad hoc projects and requests as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role preferred

Required Education

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
