We seek an experienced, collaborative and highly-motivated Senior Accountant with a passion for continual process improvement to join our Corporate Finance team.

We seek people who:
Ensures external financial reporting is in compliance with GAAP and SEC accounting and disclosure requirements
Maintains effective internal control structure within respective area of responsibility, principally internal controls over the financial statement close and reporting process
Assists with the preparation of all aspects of our SEC filing process (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, 11-K, etc.), including financial statement and footnote preparation and MD&A drafting
Responsible for selected technical accounting areas, which may include share-based compensation, annual incentive plan calculations, and earnings per share calculations
Assists with the preparation of debt compliance reporting to be sent to the bank on a monthly and quarterly basis
Serves as a liaison to and provides necessary documentation to internal and external auditors

We seek people with these qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Masters preferred
CPA certification strongly preferred
2+ years total experience, with recent Big 4 public accounting experience preferred, or a combination of Big 4 public accounting experience and a financial reporting role at a public company
Proficient in accounting and disclosure research 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem solving skills 
Strong organizational skills and independent thinker; capable of challenging the ways things get done; can offer and initiate improvement ideas 
Able to handle multiple and changing priorities 
MS Office/SAP and BPC accounting software experience preferred
