JOB ROLE

• Responsible to fulfill daily order processing of Marketplace vendors (Pending to Shipped).
• Daily follow-up calls with assigned sellers regarding order processing.
• Identifying & solving vendor issues.
• Ability to maintain excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Coordinating with the team for future campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist with added task or generating reports as per the requirements made by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Academic Qualification: O/L and A/L / Diploma or following a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Especially Excel) and Google Applications.
• Good Marketing and Presentation skills.
• Prior experience in relevant field of work would be an advantage.
• Be a good team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience.
• Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated.
