Job Description
Work You Will Do: 
- Initiate, prepare, review, quality control and submit required contractor personnel security applications for access to Public Trust and client sensitive data to include Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (eQIP), SF86, SF85P, SF85 and other agency required paperwork
- Support the initiation, review and submission of requests for access to National Security Information and Intelligence Community Programs to include eQIP SF86, Visit Authorization Letters (VAL) and other agency required paperwork
- Use and update various systemsincluding but not limited to: Defense Information System for Security (DISS), conducting monitoring and queries associated with ensuring cleared personnel databases are consistent with current employee status; maintaining personnel security and suitability records; Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) portal, submitting fingerprints for national security clearances and internal database maintenance and integrity
- Manage workload, and application prioritization. Conduct ongoing follow-up/communication with engagement teams and government points of contact (POC)
- Assist with other GPS Security projects as required supporting the Deloitte Security program
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; Associate degree coupled with work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Two to five years of security experience in Personnel/Industrial security
- Awareness/knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and National Security Clearance processing
- Professional, customer-centered attitude
- Discrete, with ability to properly handle and protect highly sensitive personnel/security data
- Familiarity with security database operations
- Knowledge of government databases including DISS and eQIP
- Possession of or ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret personnel security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills, thorough, detail-oriented and follow-through behaviors essential; strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Proactive contributor and creative thinker who is willing to contribute ideas and operates well in a rapid-response environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment
