Security Manager

As a Security Manager you are responsible for
- Lead the organization, and oversee the Corporate strategy and objectives Execution;
- Manage the local Security organization; cascade Corporate objectives, set personal objectives;
- Perform MAP Mid-year and Annual Performance Review;
- Ensure the local Security organization has the right skills, and has received sufficient training;
- Develop the skills and capabilities of direct reports through regular coaching and mentoring;
- Raise the necessary skills and knowledge in the affiliate Security organization;
- Evaluate emerging business and models for potential Security risk exposure and gaps;
- Highlight risks/exposures with affiliate management, the Manager and other Stakeholders;
- Identify and solve Security issues within the affiliate;
- Maintain situational awareness, including external and internal risk exposure trends,
- Inform business decision-making processes;
- Maintain regular liaison with affiliate management, other stakeholders, and functional peers;
- Align Security strategies and service levels with affiliate strategy and objectives;
- Participate and add value by means of subject knowledge into the development of programs;
- Perform/conduct functional security risk assessments and reviews liate level;
- Dentify and address risks and non-conformities;
- Respond to and report Security incidents as per Program requirements;
- Conduct root cause analyses and security- or safety-related investigations;
- Implement/validate corrective action measures;
- Perform/ conduct yearly health checks to ensure that local business is fully compliant;
- Develop, implement, train and keep updated protective measures and contingency plans;
- Plan, organize and deliver security training programs and local regulatory requirements;
- To build a robust and sustainable Security culture within the market/ affiliate;
- Provide expert support to local management on tactical and practical emergency management;
- Ensure relevant communication is established with employees at regular functional meetings;
- Including security/safety briefs, alerts, instructions and refreshers
- Introduce and keep training records as requirements and applicable Legislation;
- Perform annual "Zero Based Budget", and provide inputs to OB central revisions;
- Ensure effective budget management by implementing proper planning and analysis;
- Encourage the team to generate productivity and cost reduction initiatives;
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of Security-related incident and reporting requirements;
- Review/consolidate related metrics and KPI, to provide focused and detailed reports;
- Escalate trends and critical issues to appropriate levels of management;
- Provide input and participate in the selection process;
- Manage local third party service in conjunction with procurement and Cluster Manager;
- Ensure third party service provider's performance consistently meet all requirements;
- Developing or following and already existing comprehensive KPI measurement
