Job Description

Security & Emergency Response Analyst

- Lead the preparation of all emergency response plans associated with the Company's offshore and onshore operations

- Lead the development of emergency preparedness analyses offshore and support other relevant risk assessments

- Lead the emergency response training and exercises for the Company's emergency preparedness organization onshore and offshore

- Prepare responses to Authorities as required

- Participate in relevant internal Company networks and external networks arranged by the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association

- Lead the preparation of all Oil Spill Contingency plans associated with the Company's offshore operations

- Lead the development of Oil Spill analyses offshore

- Define Company requirements on Oil Spill arrangements for all offshore installations, including drilling rigs, follow-up NOFO activities/ Vessel agreements etc.

- Prepare response to Authorities as required

- Participate in relevant internal Company networks and external networks arranged by the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association

- Lead and coordinate the security function within the Company

- Advise senior management on main security threats, risks and trends.

- Define Company requirements on security preparedness arrangements both onshore and offshore

- Provide support to, or lead, sensitive or complex security related investigations

- Prepare response to Authorities as required

- Provide security reviews and analyses

- Participate in relevant internal Company networks and external security network arranged by the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association

- Lead the planning of Company Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and arrangements

- Member of HSE team

- Coordinate and provide specialist support to Company investigation teams

- Follow up hse and assurance function within in relation to logistics contracts, aviation, marine operations, and bases.


Qualifications:

- Higher educational background preferably at Master level

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from the Norwegian Continental Shelf

- Fully conversant with PSA regulatory framework

- Good and documented skills within general HSEQ work.

- Must be able to proactively get their key message across to the leaders and teams in the organization and to other stakeholders. Ask for clarity and steer, confirm, do and verify.

- Must be able to effectively deal with a range of people and groups, systems and tools as well as be attentive to changes and improvements to new systems. He/she should be interested in learning and be able to reach out for collaboration across the departments to the benefit of the projects.
