You will be instrumental in helping drive business growth working as a member of the Pay360 Sales Team. You will have held a senior management or executive role within the Social Housing sector and have an established network of contacts across this industry and know how to navigate your way around UK Housing Associations. You will support our sales teams and product development teams by applying your industry knowledge and understanding of this sector to help us ‘open doors’ and establish strategic relationships with senior management in these organisations. 

Main responsibilities:

• Act as a Pay360 ambassador, thought leader (both internally and externally) and provide a definitive source of knowledge and expertise in working with senior executives in the UK Social Housing Sector.
• Support sales teams with the Pay360 by Capita Business Development Team to better understand the current and future business challenges facing the UK Social Housing Sector.
• Establish credibility as an industry leadership expert who understands how secure payments solutions can improve cashflow efficiency within the Housing sector and articulate and communicate this to diverse audiences. Translating relevant subject matter terminology into business terms.
• Arrange and attend prospect and customer meetings, internal training sessions, industry events, etc as appropriate to support sales team members in developing opportunities in this sector.
• Where required work with our product team to contribute to future developments by defining business requirements and recommending a business approach to meet those needs.
• Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including customer sponsors, project managers, and senior staff members within the Social Housing sector.
• Make a measurable contribution to the generation of qualified new business opportunities or the acceleration of ongoing sales cycles by influencing decision makers, policymakers, legislators, political office holders and senior executives.
• Identify institutions and influencers in the sector and participate with appropriate organisations, special interest groups and working parties established to achieve best practise and policy and strategy relevant to identifying and influencing fraud mitigation, anti-money laundering and  digital payment initiatives.
• Maintain regular relationships with key influencers, business owners and sponsors within the Social Housing sector and the wider government ecosystem to understand and where possible and influence trends and developments as representative of a major supplier to this industry.
• Acquire insight on industry cyber security strategies and development in the Social Housing sector.
• Contribute to Pay360 by Capita’s business strategy, business plans and business reviews.

What we’re looking for:

• Successful track record of working at "C" level or Head of Division within the Social Housing sector.
• Proven Trusted relationships with senior key stakeholders across the Social Housing sector.
• Proven knowledge and expertise in the Social Housing sector, with at least 10-years "real world" experience.
• Ability to succinct and clearly deliver key messages, such as business propositions or innovative ideas.
• Able to work independently as well as in direct and virtual teams. Must demonstrate ability to gain commitment from others over whom there is no direct control.
• Prepared to develop and document plans and execute and monitor progress effectively
• Strong ability to clearly articulate the business value of Pay360 fraud mitigation and payment solutions.
• Comfortable working in a team environment and dealing with team dynamics in pressurised situations.
• Results driven with commercial focus
• Strong sense of ownership and drive
• Confident communicator and active listener
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
