Core Responsibilities

• Support new hire Induction training in CSE by being the main point of contact for all things systems related.

• Co-ordinating, running and comprising data from system testing (role and account testing)

• Continuous monitoring and managing of all assets being sent out and owned by new hires

• Create, improve and manage processes as required

• Co-ordinate and connect with multiple partners both internal and external

• Help with co-ordinating live application sessions

• Able and willing to come into the office more often than the one day currently required within CSE

To deliver exceptional service our employees are trained to the highest standard. To make that happen, this role will support new hire Induction Training experiences to ensure that all systems work properly.

When systems do not work properly the Seasonal Induction Co-ordinator will proactively troubleshoot, collaborate with key partners and find solutions. They will ensure new employees receive the best opening experience by helping to plan and co-ordinating the many different meetings, schedules, and tasks that are imperative to happen for new hire Induction.

Do you have what it takes?

• Knowledgeable and capable at using the CSE systems

• Intermediate-level competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

• Working in a global organisation may mean occasional early or late meetings outside of normal working hours

• Adept at developing strong working relationships with colleagues and other teams across the business, all over the world

• Independent and proactive problem solving

• Has a continuous improvement approach and is ready to challenge the status quo while always striving for improvement and taking action on those ideas

• Robust organisational skills

• Able to effectively prioritise tasks
