What will you be doing?

• You will challenge and improving the operation of the team, driving their performance and capability to succeed
• You will embed operating models that value ownership, responsiveness, predictability and transparency
• You will mentor and execute Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices, embedding DevOps behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery
• You will ensure the path is clear for your team, removing blockers, facilitating discussions, enabling seamless communications and working with the Product Owner to clarify the product backlog ahead
• You will ensure your teams drive their deliveries with quality, innovation and automation at the heart.

Who we are looking for?

• You will be an individual who is passionate and has a ‘can do’ attitude
• You will have prior experience of being a Scrum Master with a solid understanding of the Scrum framework
• You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• You will hold a Scrum Master certification – PSM1 or CSM
