Job Description

What will you be doing?  

As Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for enabling increased understanding, adoption and maturity of Agile values, principles and practices across teams in our Consumer business, with a view of delivering value to our customers efficiently and to the highest quality. Working in partnership with different squads, including Product Owners and team members to grow and mature our adoption and application of agile
The team you work with won’t be in software or development, which means you’ll adapt your approach to best meet the needs of the team. This means as well as acting in the capacity of Scrum Master, there will be opportunities to work as an Agile Coach with your teams and the wider organisation. 

Who are we looking for?   

•    An in-depth understanding across a number of Agile frameworks and techniques with the creative ability to apply them within a commercial, product and digital marketing context
•    Excellent stakeholder management with a people centric approach and passion for helping people and teams grow
•    Someone who is charismatic and courageous in facilitating, leading and teaching agile to a range of stakeholders 
•    You will join a highly collaborative group of Agile practitioners who share a collective ambition of becoming world-class scrum masters and agile practitioners 
•    An agitator that is passionate about being an agent for change in the organisation
•    Someone who has Systems thinking that can focus on the way that a system's constituent parts interrelate and how customer journeys sit within the context of larger systems.
