Job Description

The duties of this position include:

  • Leadership/Operational Excellence:  You will provide direction to Scheduling teams for weekly production and ensure daily/maintenance duties are accomplished with financial efficiency.  You will ensure consistent standards, agreements, and policies are applied in creating the scheduling product.

  • You will execute seasonal scheduling processes, engage in regular discussions with operational leaders to ensure the product meets their needs.  You will support many levels of team members in the organization. 

  • Provide service to Clients and Resort Partners:  You will partner with Operations Leaders, Workforce Management Workload and Staffing Team, and with Cast Arrival to remain connected.  You will communicate successes & challenges to partners & surface issues found during the production process while effectively implementing resolution.

  • Cast Service Excellence:  You will promote a friendly inclusive environment that offers service solutions for the Cast that will exceed their expectations and fosters retention.  You will research & communicate issues for Cast regarding related issues to "scheduling life", legal, and contractual compliances.

  • You will measure scheduling success factors and celebrate with direct reports. You will also support Cast rewards and recognition programs and events.

  • Develop High performing Teams:  You will conduct regular check in's, build strong knowledgeable CM's by encouraging, guiding, and mentoring them to handle different levels of duties.  You will maintain an active and ongoing recruiting base and succession plan.

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving, leadership and basic windows computer skills including excel

  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Theme Park or Resort knowledge

  • Build and retain client relationships

Required Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Preferred Education

  • 4 year college degree
