This position is responsible for day to day payroll activities of region assigned, to ensure the accurate and timely pay delivery to employees. The incumbent will also take over some benefit administration jobs in SBS HR Services work scope
Local payroll position summary
The incumbent needs to perform local payroll related activities & HR operations support as agreed for the region assigned. This includes maintaining the social benefit, variable and recurrence payment/deduction collection and input, local payroll remittance/pay notification and other submission work related to local government bureau i.e. social insurance, housing fund, tax declaration and annual audit.
The incumbent is required to be familiar of China regulations. In depth knowledge to our payroll system (ADP SAP) is preferred.
Benefit admin position summary
The incumbent is also responsible for some benefits administrative jobs, such as commercial insurance monthly administration, leave administration, etc.
