Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate as technical responsible in projects all engineering disciplines:
  • general engineering
  • design & analysis
  • materials & processes
  • testing
• Manage requirements and interfaces (evaluation, changes, verification)
• Define and implement the development plan and verification logic and establish the corresponding documents
• Break down the technical requirements to sub-systems, generate technical specifications for sub-contractors
• Review and release all technical project documents
• Review and release of manufacturing drawings
• Provide technical support in meetings and reviews

Your Profile

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical / Physics
• More than 2 years of experience in Spacecraft Structure Subsystem
• Experience in Spacecraft Thermal Control Subsystem is an asset
• Experience in mechanical and structural analyses (Hyperworks, MSC.NASTRAN)
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). German skills are an advantage
• Must be able to define and manage budget and schedules
• Must be able to coordinate and manage tasks and work packages
• Must be a strong team player
• Must be proactive and innovative
• Must be able to take initiatives and supporting continuous improvement
• Must be flexible and dedicated, able to work under tight schedule
• Must be available for travelling abroad, maximum 20% of the working time
