Manager, Sarbanes Oxley – IT Control Assurance/ Internal IT Audit Mgr
Primary Location: Indianapolis, IN but open to any locations in the Eastern and Central time zones
Responsible for coordinating and directing IT audit team in timely completion of deliverables for the annual IT Master Audit Plan (MAP) and special projects to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 302, 404 and ensuring the successful completion of SSAE 18 Service Organization Controls (SOC) Report reviews by external auditors. Must possess an understanding of and practical experience with audit methodology and strong background in IT general controls (ITGCs) audits, including auditing of controls related to Identity and access management (IAM); demonstrate a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies; demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders to bring about change; and possess the ability to effectively manage project change within a dynamic environment. Test, review, and provide effective feedback on audit deliverables developed by IT Audit Team.

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience and at least one relevant professional designation required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
