Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees
• SAP SF certification(s)
• 6+ years of experience on at least three full life cycle implementations
• At least 7 years of strong HR Consulting experience from a leading consulting firm SAP SF HCM Cloud, EBS, or PeopleSoft HR
• We will consider industry hires with no prior consulting experience, but they must possess deep prior HRMS experience
• 6+ years of experience leading project teams through all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
• 6+ years of experience with owning project budget, risk, resources, staffing while also being involved in sales of consulting solutions

Preferred:

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Excel, Visio and Power point
