Compensation:  $20.00/ hr

 A Typical Work Day May Include:

• Provide housekeeping, organization, and sanitation in assigned plant areas including warehouses and grounds
• Duties include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, using compressed air, brushing, painting, beautifying, stacking, organizing, shoveling, transporting/carrying bags, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, scraping, etc.
• Areas will include, but are not limited to floors, walls, ceilings, grounds, equipment, windows, doors, etc.
• Ability to gather instructions by working with plant operators and walking through all areas of the plant
• Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

 What You Will Need: 

• Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
• Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator
• Be able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Be able to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
• Be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, with advanced notice

 What Will Put You Ahead:

• Previous experience working in a production, or plant environment
• High School diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous forklift experience
• Basic computer skills
