RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning
• Awareness of Brand Vision and Partner Strategies
• Supporting the Wholesale team
• Filling in import sheets for US Footwear orders

Sample Management

• Working to the Critical Path to meet all deadlines
• Maintaining sample tracker in the Critical Path in the relevant system
• Dealing with issues arising with samples both internally and externally
• Actioning any sample amendments
• Maintain good supplier and partner relationship
Respond to supplier and partners queries quickly
• Taking ownership of finding solutions
• Assisting the team with supplier slippage management
• Supporting commitment through the weekly team updates
• Processing samples received
• Labelling, logging, organising and filing samples
• Preparing samples for partners and sending to partners
• Organising Marketing sample requests and process to partner and BMD
• Ensuring production samples are received in time to send to partners

Product Awareness
• An understanding of the New Look Customer
• Basic understanding of our Customer Insight and Market Share
• Actively contributing in trend and competitor analysis, making recommendations for changes or developments
• Ongoing familiarity of the competition’s product range
• Completing and reporting back on NL store visits and competitor shops
Keeping Trend Key items tracker up to date and send to partners
• Report on new Ins, check partners copy and images

Technical Skills
• PC literate - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
• An understanding of fashion trends and knowledge of the high street

Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience working in Fashion / Retail and / or as a Buying Admin Assistant
Minimum level of education or qualifications
Fashion Qualification / Other degree desirable
