At the end of the day, we are here to grow Apple’s business through partnering with our enterprise, education & channel sales teams, resellers, partners and carriers.As part of the Regional Sales Business Process Re-engineering team (BPR), and broader WW BPR group, the Product Manager will manage the Salesforce CRM track that enables our world-class Sales teams and Channel partners. This role will be focused primarily on our Salesforce applications partnering with our Enterprise, Government and Education sales teams working with our largest customers.We are looking for an effective communicator who is detail oriented, proactive, and capable of thinking strategically. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for digital transformation and working in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce eco system to enable channel sales teams ( Sales Cloud)
  • In depth knowledge in product management of deploying enterprise grade systems at scale
  • Experience owning a product strategy and defining product roadmaps
  • Proficient in business analysis and process improvement
  • Ability to approach projects analytically; experience making data-driven decisions required
  • Strong communication skills across project and leadership teams
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-track product development projects
  • Ability to set and define business priorities based on an in-depth understanding of business needs, problems and objectives

Description

- Manage a portfolio that supports efficient and scalable sales operations- Align cross functional stakeholders on priorities within and across multiple products within the portfolio- Work closely with worldwide teams to represent our region informing and influencing decision making on data and systems- Ensure integrity of the end user experience and track adoption- Lead business readiness and change management efforts for implementation of new applications and releases- Lead cross-functional communications with Sales Operations and worldwide teams- Experience with agile methodologies in software development- Experience with Salesforce CRM and PRM application

Education & Experience

Relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in Business / Computer Science / Marketing / Industrial EngineeringSalesforce Admin &/ or Sales Cloud certification preferred
