Key Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Java/Java EE and technologies such as web services, xml, json, http, ssl
• Proficient in front end technologies like Javascript, HTML, CSS, and any of the JS frameworks like React, Angular
• Understanding of relational databases, data-modelling, object oriented programming, and design patterns
• Exposure & understanding of working in agile / scrum development environment
• Understanding of CI/CD process like Github and Jenkins
• Ability to write simple documentation on requirements discovery and solution design
• Familiarity and experience with SFDC Apex, Visualforce, Lightening web component is a plus but not a must.

You will work alongside Salesforce administrators and within program governance model to configure and customise Salesforce maintaining balance between business agility and cost of ownership of the solution. You will ensure high code quality and maintain the security, integrity and performance requirements for the application. You will adhere and enable continuous improvement of development processes using industry standard CI/CD like Github and Jenkins. You will work through configuration or customisation bugs, troubleshooting, and fixing them for planned releases, upgrades and production.With a burning desire to learn and excel coupled with a strong engineering fundamentals:You’ll be responsible for communicating responsibilities and scope clearly. Education & Experience

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or have equivalent experience.
