Digital Applications – Salesforce Administrator

Position Overview:

The job profile for this position is Application Development Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be joining the team administering and developing our Salesforce applications.  Working as a member of an agile team, you’ll be responsible for the day to day Salesforce Administration activities, as well as working with our development team in supporting existing customized solutions, and facilitating the development of new features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management
• Maintain the overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads as needed
• Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals
• Create and maintain end-user documentation including internal processes
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed
• Work with Salesforce to troubleshoot and resolve open issues as needed
• Assist with sandbox and certificate management

Required Experience / Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Diagnosing issues from error codes, logging, de-bugging in process builder, workflows, etc.
• Analyzing problems to enable effectively triaging problems and providing resolutions
• Prioritizing workload and assist where needed without direction
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and development processes

Preferred Experience / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field or related experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Vlocity
• Familiarity with Copado
• Understanding of databases (SQL, Entity Relationships, etc.)

Please note: This role is WAH/Flex which allows most if not all of the work is to be performed at home.  Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
