Produces qualified illustrations and provides pre-sale support to meet producer objectives in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Provide product and carrier information to the producer groups as well as internal staff.
2. Maintain detailed product and financial knowledge on all carriers. Develop a working knowledge of the carrier software packages
3. Run appropriate illustrations based on knowledge of the competitive life insurance environment
4. Provide producers with illustrations and supplies
5. Proactively follow-up on illustrations, applications, and contracting
6. Document requested illustrations for sales follow-up
7. Participate in educational development to gain an understanding of the competitive market, product, and industry trends and impacts
8. Point of contact for distribution of forms, etc.
9. Provide Marketing support to the team (eCards, promotion of AskLine calls etc.).
10. Proactively contact agents to demonstrate CrumpLifeInsurance.com functions (Quoting Engines, Forms Now, Life Solutions, etc.) and generate application opportunities
11. Other duties as assigned

5. Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
6. Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
7. Experience with PC's in a Windows environment
8. Excellent telephone etiquette skills
9. Ability to display maturity, competitiveness, and a good work ethic
10. General knowledge of industry, product and sales processes
11. Experience in the Life product industry with proven proficiency in product and industry knowledge preferred
12. Four year college degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
