Driving success at Capita Education as a Sales Support Administrator

Here at Capita Education we have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer focussed individual to join our talented and friendly team as a Sales Support Administrator. Assisting our schools sales team you will play a critical role in delighting our customers.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively calling schools to gain account review appointments for the Account Managers.

  • Promptly following up customer requests

  • Pro actively calling from campaigns and keeping call lists up to date.

  • Chase outstanding quotes and keep pipelines up to date

  • Keep customer account details up to date in ServiceNow.

  • Updating Service Now with opportunities and providing accurate records for reporting

  • To work with a wider team to plan key campaigns

  • Provide support to the Account Managers

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally a background in sales or sales support

  • Great customer service skills

  • Good IT skills and advanced excel usage

  • Excellent telephone skills and manner

  • Exceptional at building relationships and creating rapport

  • Organised
