The Requirements

• The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in retail sales. 
• The candidates should possess strong A/L results as a bare minimum. 
• A diploma in Marketing or equivalent will be added advantage. 
• Fluency in spoken and written and English is mandatory.
• Knowledge in social media advertising will be considered a beneficial skill and advantageous to being selected for the job. 
• Experience in the restaurant or culinary field is an added advantage. 
• Priority may be given to select candidates within a 10 km radius from Colombo 1.

Job Responsibilities

• Job responsibilities include the ability to properly navigate customer interactions and engage customers to maximize sales opportunities from the retail outlet. 
• The ability to maintain inventory accuracy and operate ERP systems is part of the job function.
