Key Responsibilities:
Plan for business sufficiency to deliver against aggressive business targets including sales, shipment and share goals.
Work with customers to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership, leading to better value creation for the brand.
Prepare, negotiate and execute JBP plans at store/customer level.
Liaise closely with Market Strategy & Planning team to deliver shopper / customer insights to enable development of winning in-market plans.
Deliver superior sales fundamentals to win with shoppers at the FMOT and Execute Perfectly at in-store/customer level.
Work closely with multi-functional teams in Product Supply and Finance to manage monthly / quarterly / annual forecasting processes and ensure right service levels to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 3 years marketing / sales experience in Beauty/Luxury or other related service industries with proven track record of working in a diverse multi-functional team preferred. Experience in Specialty Beauty channels is a strong plus.
Self-motivated, action-oriented and dynamic, able to work well in a fluid environment, enjoy building business partnerships and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Driven and passionate for success.
Ability to work with people from different backgrounds and time-zones.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and demanding environment.
