SALES & SERVICE OFFICER (SSO)
The SSO is responsible for contributing to the Bank's overall success by selling the Bank's Personal Banking Products & Services while providing superior customer service, sound financial solutions and practical advice to customers, creating and maintaining a relationship of mutual trust and confidence with branch customers and colleagues. The SSO meets and exceeds established goals; performs research/gap analyses to determine sales and referral opportunities while strictly observing all operational policies and regulations.
Professional requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, BA, Accounting or similar• Minimum 3 years of experience in a position which requires client handling and or exposure to a sales culture.
Candidate Profile:
• Expert communication skills including fluency in English, Dutch and Papiamento in writing and speech.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build successful relationships at all levels.• Thorough business acumen skills and the ability to process all client matters in a confidential and professional manner.• Strong customer service and time management skills in order to satisfy the needs of a large client group.• Expert PC skills using common software tools to access and communicate internally and externally.
