Job Description

The Sales Operation Senior Analyst role supports various operational functions for the Producer Licensing and Appointment Team. This role primarily will be responsible for system access requests and system tickets, reviewing and updating system error reporting and analyzing results from producer background investigations. In addition, this role may support department projects.  

      

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as an internal liaison for the PLA team and Vertafore supporting system enhancements in partnership with leadership and business partners, create tickets for system issues/delays and granting access to the system
  • Trouble shoot technical issue
  • Analyze a daily system error report from and update the system as indicated by a defined process
  • Complete background investigation process when results are compiled by our background investigation vendor, including creating and sending communications to producers
  • Proactively works with team and management to identify and implement improvements to integrate processes and streamline workflows.
  • Understands technical functions of various systems used in support of Producer Licensing and appointment Operations. 
  • Support additional departmental projects and improvement initiatives as requested 
  • Establish solid rapport with internal and external customers
  • Process producer off-boarding requests which includes terminating producer appointments and drafting communications to impacted producers
  • Deliver timely routine and ad hoc producer data reports.

   Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3-5 years’ work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strength in customer focused communications.
  • Ability to successfully handle competing and changing priorities on a continual basis.
  • Ability to remain flexible in an intense and dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Projects a professional attitude and demonstrate effective listening skills on a consistent basis.
  • Acts independently and requires minimal direction.
  • Must be assertive and a team player.
  • Strong work ethic & high standards.
  • Proven organizational skills and results oriented with attention to detail.
  • College Degree or minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operations department

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
