About the Sales Operations Specialist:
The Google Workspace program at MarketStar has an opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist role to support their Google Partners. This role will report to the MarketStar Google Workspace Program Manager. This role is responsible for finding solutions for our account managers to close their deals with partners. They will provide support and ensure established standards and procedures are followed. They must meet deadlines with a superior degree of professionalism and precision.

What will you do?
Assist partners by engaging with sales teams, identifying any issues they are encountering to close deals on Workspace for EDU licenses
Understand issues and utilize Google support mechanisms to resolve
Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness
Support the sales teams' key planning and operations tasks to assist the overall objective of the business
Attainment planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness
Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals
Monitor and analyze key sales, business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions
Coordinate and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts
Skills & Qualifications:
You have solid prior experience in a similar role
You possess an analytical mind and as well as a strong commercial acumen
You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Proficient in Google Workspace
