Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Operations Analyst will develop, own, and manage a suite of standardized solutions and reports. In this role, you will partner collaboratively with business stakeholders, to understand how to deliver solutions to address business needs. You will drive the broader organization to be able to focus on insights that maximize the potential of getting value from our data and digital core investments and create decision focused, easy to understand visualizations.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop business analytic solutions and reports and implement reporting and analytics prioritization through work intake and demand management processes.
- Partner with Commercial teams to leverage data and analytics to create and optimize reporting for customer-facing uses.
- Manage a suite of visualizations and reports including the development and implementation of reporting and analytics prioritization through work intake and demand management processes.
- Partner collaboratively with data management and subject matter authorities to understand data structures and availability and how to work using best practices.
- Deliver data in new and useful ways that enable decision making, answer questions and is appealing to users.
- Support data and analytics in development of key accounts by leading in the pricing process for key customers and support leadership stakeholders understand expected development costs of customers innovation pipelines, supporting the creation of tools for consolidating and reporting on projects.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize, automate, rationalize, and consolidate reporting and analytics.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and core business tools
- Proficient with data analysis tools and software applications
- General understanding of data administration and management functions
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Certified Data Sets and Data Management tools: PowerBi, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, Salesforce Tableau CRM
