# 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

~ Organize all showroom operations and allocate responsibility to the sales staff

~ Manage and guide staff towards maximum performance in order to achieve monthly sales targets.

~ Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the showroom's reputation and maintain excellent customer service.

~ Inspect the showroom and resolve any issues that might arise.

~ Plan and over-see in-store promotional events and displays.

~ Keeping up to date with the market trends for improvement in the showroom.

~ Provide training to showroom staff in order to build team succession.

~ Ensure that the showroom fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines since this is a kids store.

# 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

~ A Male of age between 35-45 years with minimum 5 years of experience in retail trade.

~ Ability to work late hours.

~ Excellent customer management skills.

~ Fluency in spoken Sinhala,English languages.Speaking in Tamil would be an added advantage.

~ Diploma qualification required as minimum education level.

~ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

~ Excellent staff management and store management skills.
