Weir Minerals is part of the global Weir – group which employs over 10,000 people globally. Weir Minerals is leading supplier of minerals handling and classification technology such as slurry pumps, valves, hydrocyclones and comminution equipment. Weir Minerals Sweden AB is part of Weir Mineral Europe’s operations. 

We are now looking for a:  

Sales Manager to support our customers in finding the most suitable solutions for mineral processing and maintaining high efficiency and availability of the Weir Minerals products in operation. 

You would be based in Sweden covering Swedish market with help of our local aftermarket and sales team members. 

We are looking for candidates with following qualifications: 

• Engineering degree in Minerals processing and/or Mechanical engineering or equivalent level and type of education. 
• Ambitions to grow the business and understanding of customer processes 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in specific field or similar 

• Earlier experience of comminution is a benefit 
• Solution sales and support mindset 
• Fluent communication skills in English 
• Ability to seamless team work with passion for excellent customer service 
• Willingness for travel and enjoying customer contact 

• Good organization skills and discipline in reporting 
• You must be active, target driven and enjoying challenges yet motivated, well organized to ensure getting technical details right 
• Previous experience of SAP is an advantage 

You will work in close co-operation with our customer having responsibility to ensure strong market presence and understanding customer needs. You will guide the business on your responsible area from strategy creating to implementation. You are ready to ensure prompt processes from creating the quotations with follow up and order processing.
