What are you going to do?

As an experienced Business Development Manager you get visible energy from advising and supporting our customers. You are responsible for achieving the commercial objectives of Lumen Group. In addition:

  • You translate the questions and wishes of clients into suitable solutions. Personal contact is key here.
  • Acquire your assignments from existing and new relations.
  • Are you a proactive networker and do you enjoy being a discussion partner with directors and senior management? You are used to taking a sector-specific approach.
  • Build a large network and enter into a relationship with various trade associations. From there you recognize and capitalize on opportunities with clients.
  • You ensure the excellent progress of assignments with existing clients. You ensure good guidance.

This is what you take with you
A healthy dose of curiosity about the needs and objectives of our customers. In addition to a demonstrable passion for privacy and/or information security, you also have:

  • Preferably relevant work experience as a business development manager, account or sales manager in, for example, the IT Sector or another sector. Having a good network in one or more sectors (eg healthcare, non-profit, etc.) is an advantage.
  • A completed HBO or WO education. Think of business administration, marketing and sales or another commercial study.
  • A signaling ability to detect opportunities in the market.
  • Not only do you have a powerful story, you also know how to convince others of it.
  • Good command of both the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

From day 1 you immediately belong to Team Lumen Group. In addition, at Lumen Group you can count on:

  • A gross monthly salary of a minimum of €2,300 to a maximum of €5,500 (excluding 8.33% holiday allowance) based on a 40-hour working week, depending on your experience.
