The B2B unit is responsible for building rapport with business owners and advising them on how advertising on TKWW is going to help market their business to engaged couples. The Sales Manager will have direct managerial responsibilities over a sales team in the Brazilian market.As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales activities within assigned territories by managing the sales teams, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth, and managing a client portfolio yourself.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve and exceed the country's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals. Monitor data and analytics to calibrate approach or modify strategy as needed.Lead, manage and motivate the team by providing clear expectations, appropriate coaching, mentoring and feedback.Develop and implement action plans for responsible sales representatives through periodic meetings and traveling with sales representatives.

REQUIREMENTS

:Availability to travel within São Paulo State; 4 years' of sales management experience; Proven analytical and excel skills; Target orientedmindset; Proven skills in managing and developing others; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Experience owning the full lifecycle of a customer new business, service, renewal and upsells; Own your own vehicle; Advanced English level (C1-C2); BONUS! Spanish language fluency.
