Principal responsibilities
-Drive aggressive new business acquisition targets and grow market share for credit card products
- Developing creative / innovative acquisition campaigns in a highly competitive environment
- Process streamlining to increase the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency
- Evaluate and implement various initiatives to reduce cost related to acquisition and processing, thereby improving Business Profitability.
- Lead, Motivate and Engage the sales team.
- Ensure close connection between market trends/client needs and ultimate product/channel delivery and business strategy.
- To independently supervise the prospecting lead generation, sales and follow up activities of the sales teams.
- To ensure the optimal flow of the sales pipeline by conducting sales activities on daily basis to achieve assigned team targets.
- Ensure administrative guidance is provided to the team in carrying out day to day work flow.
- Optimize time management.
Requirements
-Excessive managerial experience at Branch operations, credit, sales and customer service
- A Degree or a Full/Part Qualification in Banking/ Sales/Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
-Decision making and problem solving skills with an ability to adapt in any dynamic environment.
