RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with HOD to create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
• Work with HOD on merchants from mature, emerging and future markets to build long-lasting relationships by understanding their unique needs
• Set and manage sales goals as ended to align with the growth plans and business strategies and provide realistic sales forecasts
• Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics and business trends
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes for the on-boarding of the merchants
• Develop and oversee performance of the sales team to ensure company targets and standards are met and monitor progress regularly
• Foster a collaborative team environment ensuring best practices are followed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or any other related professional qualification
• Demonstrated track record in achieving business targets and building and expanding business opportunities.
• Experience in digital innovation and understanding of digital disruption, in a tech driven industry would be an added advantage
• Hands on team management experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with outstanding ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders
