Senior Manager, Storage Solution Platforms

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will manage a team of field sales account executives, responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great experience for existing and potential customers.
You will
Directly manage field-based individual contributors
Provide direction, development and inspiration to team members
Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
Drive business process improvement efforts
Collaborate with other functions to resolve escalations/customer issues quickly

Essential Requirements
8+ years of outside sales experience, management experience a plus
2+years of storage sales experience with a knowledge of associated sales strategies
Experience directly selling “as a Service†solutions with a knowledge of value-oriented, outcome selling
Ability to drive training and developing plans for the organization

Bachelor’s degree
