As Sales ManagerSmall and Medium Enterprises (SME) Netherlands you’re going to be a vital part of our Shell Fleet Solutions Business, which has the largest B2B direct customer base in Downstream, with hundreds of thousands of B2B customers in 47 markets and has one of the largest payment platforms in the world. We have set new ambitions for Shell Fleet Solutions over the next five years, to significantly grow our customer portfolio in the fast growing Small & Medium Enterprise sector, by delivering world-class customer value propositions, products and services through seamless, customer-centric digital channels.

What’s the role?
This is a new, multifaceted Commercial role, combining Sales, Business Development and Marketing, attributes. Shell Fleet Solutions expects to acquire SMEs at scale, leveraging multiple channels in a cost-effective way with a distinct focus on customer experience. In your role, you will be responsible for delivering scalable growth in customer numbers, margin and active product and services usage through digital channels. This role provides a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our shift to growing a profitable customer base in SME. As a Sales Manager SME, you will be reporting into the Head of Fleet Solutions Netherlands and you will work closely with your counterpart in the global SME organization as well as the local Marketing team.
